Inside Precision Medicine highlights GPC3-targeting imaging agent to improve liver cancer detection
A recent article highlights the clinical results from a GPC3-targeting agent, 68Ga-a-GPC3-scF, which was shown to be safe, well-tolerated, and effective in providing high-contrast images of GPC-3 positive liver tumors. This agent, also known as GPN02006, is a radionuclide-drug conjugate being jointly developed among Jecho Biopharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., Wuhan Raydif Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Grand Pharmaceutical Group Limited. This clinical study has been presented at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging and published as a supplement in the Journal of Nuclear Medicine.
